Needed a birthday gift for my daughters 30th. Not sure what to get her but the sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Laurie Diner was a super sales associate. Had 6 gifts to buy, an idea for 2 of them but was not sure where things were or what they had. Have never had such efficient n quality service. It was such a pleasure shopping there n all items are wrapped n ready to go.

This was the first time we had shopped at the Pandora Store at UTC. What a great experience. We were shopping for my birthday bracelet. Fatima helped to make our shopping experience absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge of the jewelry options was amazing. She explained how and why she was arranging the charms in a particular order. My new bracelet is gorgeous! We are so pleased. Another of the associates offered us bottled water at the very beginning, understanding that this was going to be a long process. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to returning to this store in the near future.

I went to this store to purchase a locket necklace for a friends 65th birthday and was very pleased with my selection and the assistance of the store clerk.

The salesperson was very willing to show me various options for my bracelet. Also gave me honest opinions when I asked about the look of the bracelet.
