I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The sales associate knew exactly where to find the Princess Ring my granddaughter wanted for Christmas. This store didn't have the matching earrings she wants but suggested that I go online to order them. The sales associate didn't try push other products on me, which can be very annoying.

We have been shopping with this location since it opened years ago. They are always smiling, helpful and a joy to work with. I have seven bracelets and love when they say to me "hand them over - lets clean them"!!! They want the product to continue to look good even after the purchase and I love it!!! I just started a bracelet from Disney (the park itself) and they were looking at the exclusive charms I had - great girls there!!!!!

I went into the store for a certain product. I was on vacation in Sarasota, FL. This lovely woman named Marian was quite capable of helping me. We had a lot in common because she had several pandora bracelets on her arm which really captured my attention because I have several bracelets from Pandora and rings too.

The sales person was very nice and seem to know her product. Also the open sales people in the store offered my mother and I a bottled water.

The 40% off sale is why I decided to stop in. The store always has a number of staff members ready to help me. The lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful in helping me pick out what I needed.

Fatima was very patient with helping me to make choices on charms. She took the time to rearrange my charms and I love the way she arrange them between my 2 bracelets.
