I was very satisfied with my experience while in this store I could tell the young lady that was helping me was new but everyone has to start some where she was very pleasant

Not enough staff

I wasn't neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. Don't like the fact that you have take off your bracelet after every wear and how it tarnish if you don't it cost to much to be doing that..

First time customer so very satisfied with the whole experience.

I do not know why I'm getting this question. I was HIGHLY satisfied with my experience. My charms where costly but, what can I say. I have expensive tastes.

Store is poorly set up, everyone is at the same counter. Associates don’t have a way of knowing who is next. The associate didn’t bother to check if I was a prior customer.

The location is too far from where I live, the store could be larger

I received a gift,last year , I hope this one is better than the last bracelet, they turn colors quickly. This says 14k overlay so I am not sure, hopefully it will be the one
