Good selection of charms for gift giving and bracelet suggestion by sales associate for teen girl. I purchased 3 total gift items. I would have purchased more but the advertised bracelet free with $300.00 purchase out of stock and no way to get one. On line order out for my store pickup.

Spend $150 get a free bracelet,they were completely out ..second time that happened to me and it's Christmas time

The girl was knowledgeable. There was lots of choices. The girl asked me if I would like the purchases wrapped and l said yes please. At no time did she tell me that it was $5.00 per box and l had a extra $15.00 charge.

Store was busy not enough sales associate for this time of year. Had to leave and return later. Upon return there was a sign in sheet which wasn’t out on first visit. I knew what I was purchasing hoerven still had to wait some time. Seems like holiday you would have people working to service as many customers as possible.

I need to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size. There were not any in stock. I left my phone number for them to call me if they get a shipment. I know that stock is lower at the holiday season.

Everything was perfect but sales person ask me for tip because i spent over 1K That's no professional I can leave tip at bar or restaurant but not at jewelry store

I don’t understand why this appeared when the whole survey I’ve been admitting that I’ve had a great time with your sales associate when she helped me select the right jewelry.

The sales associate was very helpful, the merchandise was great. However for being an event refreshments were not offered and we had to ask twice before served to us. Need to work on attentiveness
