I wish there was someone at the store that could repair Pandora merchandise. I have only worn my Pandora charm bracelet ten times and it broke. It was a gift from my Mom out of state so I do not have the sales receipt.

I am not highly satisfied with nothing because I believe that there is always room for growth. The young lady that service me was great.

I love Pandora products, I have 4 bracelets and a necklace, yesterday I was shopping for gifts. I noticed that the past few times i have been in the sales people have been pushy! I don't know if you changed there commision/bonus structure but I hate it!!! I used to like to go in and see the merchandise before I purchased it but I don't anymore. It takes the fun out of the experience!!!

I was getting some charms with engraving. I felt pressured to check out to start the engraving process, so checked out for $200+, which qualified me for a free lower end bracelet. Then I proceeded to make another $200+ purchase, which qualified me for another free bracelet. However, if I had not felt so pressured, I could have gotten all the items I needed in one purchase, and qualified for the nicer bracelet! A little disappointing, especially since both purchases were done in the same visit.

Nothing stood out. It was just a usual shopping experience. Therefore, I w wasn't impressed. Store at UTC is a bit small for the level of business.
