Pandora Jewelry

I went into store to get my bracelet cleaned and they were so nice. While cleaning my item was shopping around store. Women was telling me how beautiful my pieces were.

I’ve been to the same Pandora store to make my purchases and I am satisfied with the customer service they provide and the way the staff helps out with everything I request to see.

I was completely satisfied. This is a brand I do like a lot, love the way I can show love to someone thru a beautiful jewelry

I purchased a pair of earrings. After getting back to where I am staying, I realized one of the earrings was defected. So we drove back to take it back. The service was average no apologies, and nothing for my inconvenience. Next time I will make sure earrings work properly and clasps work properly before buying. She was able to replace it. But very little interaction and no thank you’s. Business etiquette needs work

Pandora staff are very professional.

Long lines. Not sales associates fault.

I went to the store due to the 50% off sale. The items I wanted was already sold out. Not many items were on sale.

I waited in line outside the store to get in and then once I was in the store the lady started to help another customer. I waited for an additional 25 minutes for an other associate to help me.

I shopped during the busiest time and they didn’t have all the charms I wanted. But over all I found what I needed
