We had to wait in line prior to entering the store which took longer than I would have liked.

We’re out of the free bangle to receive after spending 150. I went to get free bangle.

They did not give me the discount that I was supposed to get. And I paid full price during the promotion even after they told me I would be receiving it.

It was a good experience. I wish they were able to clean my jewelry I purchased a couple months back, but i understand that it is busy during holiday season.

I went during the black Friday sale 30% off. However 10 days ago I purchased 3 rings prior to the sale and the associate stated I could not return them and then buy them back at the sales price even though it was within 30 days of original purchase.

There should be more selection of size chains for necklaces

It was very simple to get the ring. They had my size in what i wanted. Halle was very nice and help me get every thing i needed

The inventory was not displayed like it used to be. Most of the choices were under counter. Not much to look at. Needed to ask for the item we were looking for.

I wish there were pandora charms with real gemstones as options.

I was Unpleased with the fact that while I was looking at the charms they employee walked away and started helping another customer another customer and then another employee had to go get her to let her know that I was ready to cash out.
