there was not enough employee, so one employee rtying to help more then one customer.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. within walking through the doors I was assisted and helped wishing the first few seconds. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the store, but sadly they didn't have the ring in the right size. The selection for that size was smaller, but luckily the employee that helped me helped me decide on another ring. In a general rating I would give it a 7/10.

Item not in store

I wouldn’t say that I wasn’t highly satisfied it’s just that what I wanted wasn’t in store. So I ended up leaving with something that was cute but not what I wanted. I will say that it was an in and out trip.

I was not helped as fast as I wish I could have. Did not have the right size in the merchandise I originally wanted. The selection was not as great as other times I’ve went to the store.

Did have a very good size selection.

My sales associate was perfectly fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you to Veronika. She is a Super Star!!! However, Pandora has discontinued the floating locket charms VERY disappointed. Pandora does not offer services to fix jewelry that has broken VERY disappointing. I had to go to an outside vender.

The sales person was okay but very pushy! She preferred to sell me something because of the promotion instead of showing me what I initially wanted to look at!

Always room for improvement

I am very happy with my experience. No worries Pandora. 😊
