The service was great from beginning to end. It didn’t take long to find everything I was interested in. The staff there had a friendly Approach.

I would like to see a bigger selection of hobby charms.

The wait was longer than usual and I was not acknowledged while I waited. Their were more customers allowed in at one time than I have been used to during covid.

The sales associate kept trying to make me buy things that I kept telling her I didn’t want

I felt the The associate that helped us was not very interested in us. I felt as if she thought we were just there to look and not actually bye which made her attention go other places. She did not seem interested in our sale at first until I actually said I was going to buy the ring then she wanted to give us the attention.

Safety is very important to me. Because of COVID 19 I have mostly shopped on line. I needed a gift for today and could not wait for you to ship on line so I ventured out. Your team members were not wearing masks on the selling floor prior to opening. We could see them through the glass as they prepared for opening. I love your store and I have your credit card but I won’t be back until the pandemic is over.

The ring was a bit expensive. My overall experience however was very good. The store was clean, well displayed and the assistant knew exactly what I wanted.

With the understanding it was Black Friday Sales weekend, do to the volume of people in the store I could not look over the merchandise. The associate wanted to bring me what I was interested in. Although I did buy a bracelet I did want a bead but was not allowed to view the selections.

Not enough sales associates.

I wanted my necklace with several charms on it to be cleaned in the machine for no charge. Sales associate said the machine wasn’t available , but they had a cleaning kid I could buy..didn’t like that answer . I bought the kit which had a few items in it ( clasp unfastener)Theyy should of offered for me to buy just the cloth and better yet they should of cleaned my necklace that I spent a lot of money on for charge.
