The store is small. I am fully aware of making things “safe”, however, you don’t make the store safer by cutting off half of the walking area and therefore you are forced to be in closer proximity to other customers.

I purchased a bracelet that was 60 off if I purchased 125. I got home and cant unscrew it so I can put my charms on.

I went in looking for exactly what I got. My sales representative was friendly and very helpful. And the store was clean and I felt safe.

It was hard to see all the charm options and felt like I was at a bank instead of a jewelry store. More than half the store was blocked off.

A lot of the items I was looking for were not available in the store. No discounts were given whatsoever.

It was nothing major I just wanted a specific bracelet, I was told it was in stock, that the store had 3 available but they were not able to locate them

I went in there to get the free charm I purchasing a bracelet and I was told that the offer was no longer available then I came back and I saw that the offer is good till the end of the month however they did give me a free overnight pouch so I guess it was OK
