I waited in line for quite some time before the sales associate even looked up and noticed I was there.

Most of the charms I wanted were not in stock.

It’s unfair to comment too much because of the pandemic restrictions. Associate could not tell me what the item I was interested in looked like. And didn’t bring a selection for me to view.

I wanted a safety clip and they only had one design in stock. My replacement was a breeze. Thank you

After entering the store I was not greeted at all, and i started roaming around to find the clips I was looking for, I honestly needed assistance. I had to interrupt two sales associates who were talking to ask for assistance. Not my ideal shopping experience.

The bracelet I originally wanted to purchase was not being made anymore then I had a option to choose a different one but it wasn’t available in the size I needed
