There was a line to enter the store. One person out and another person in. I presume this is due to the holiday and not necessarily related to this particular location.

I was surprise that I didn't have to wait very long to see a sale representative. She was very friendly and helpful with what I was looking for. Unfortunately I was not able to get one of the charms that I really wanted. Pandora should have more of a selection of the gold metal charms,

I didn’t find a ring on the sale because on website I saw a lot of good prices and not all of them available in Pandora store

When my mother and I went to pandora, she got her bracelet cleaned. When we returned, we picked up the bracelet and left. On the way home my mother noticed one of her charms was missing, so we had to drive back to pandora to retrieve the missing charm. It’s just very inconvenient because when you clean the bracelet they should make sure every charm is back on the bracelet and that nothing is missing.

The only problem I had was that the one thing I went in for was not available.

One reason I wasn't highly satisfied is because it took a while to make my purchase. The sales associate that was working with me didn't seem to know a whole lot about what she was doing. In her defense, she did seem new, but she kept having to stop and ask who I'm assuming was the manager for help. Then, when I went to pay for my product I wanted to pay some cash then the rest on card. The first time, the sales associate didn't put the cash in right so the whole transaction was put on my card. So then she had to call the manager over once again to refund my transaction then do it the right way. I was and still am not upset, it was just very clear that she needed to be trained more/better.
