I selected not returning to that specific location only because I was on vacation! but could possibly visit a Pandora in my home town. I wish I had a little more time, to look at some of the least expensive charms. I was given the selection of clearance first, and then from there based on the length of chain I wanted options were provided. But I also saw some charms in the book that I hoped to look at as well. The sales associate was great though! She even sized my ring size even though I was not shopping for rings.

After walking into the store a sales associate began to help us. Then after a few minutes the sales associate went and began to help others. We then were waiting for about 10/15 minutes for someone else to help us.

Expressed dissatisfaction with a prior piece purchased and was told that because of time limit there wasn't anything that could be done......I was under the impression when I first started with Pandora that they would ALWAYS take care if their product name...

store was very busy this day making looking into any of the cases difficult usually I am asked about cleaning my bracelet when I visit, didn't happen this visit.

Pandora sales associates are friendly and courteous. The items are expensive.

For a busy time of year there should be a better method for the long waits. We were not aware, as well as other customers that there was a sign in sheet. It was not well displayed or informed.

I just don’t feel like the sales person I had realmy wanted to help me . As if she felt I didn’t have any money or something because she was not in tune at all.
