There should have been more sales associates working since it is the Holiday shopping time. Very crowded and hard to look at the jewelry.

The service was great. The only issue is the waiting process. There should be an Express way to purchase in store when busy if customer knows what they want

My sales associate did Not make us feel comfortable. I know it was busy....but she made us feel like we were BOTHERING her. I have shopped at your stores before and everyone has Always been amazing. Just this sales associate really wasn't

There was a line to enter the store, which was fine since it was a busy Saturday...but once inside was not really able to browse the merchandise in the window, was directed straight to a sales associate, which was difficult because I wasn't really sure what I wanted to purchase yet. Overall, the staff was helpful when I has any questions.

There was a 45 minute wait to get into the store which meant queuing and wasting time. As there was a finite number of assistants times/tickets could be allocated so you could go and come back

We came to the store 2 weeks prior and was ignored for over 10 minutes before leaving. I decided to give the store another chance since I was shopping for a particular charm for a Christmas present. The sales woman this time was courteous and helpful.

When I came into the store I had to wait for 10 minutes to be greeted and helped. There were 2 clients and 4 associates when I walked in. 3 employees were helping one client. Not one of them broke off to help or even greet me. If I wasn't restricted to Pandora charms I would have walked out.

1. Sometimes it's confusing which of the items are actually made of gold and which of them are sterling silver with gold added. 2. I would love Pandora even more if you had white gold available.
