Quantity is going down. Items break too easily

limited size available I spent 187 dollars, got a free bracelet, but after I left, thought had I spent 13 more dollars could I have gotten another one free?

When applying for a credit card what I was told would only take a few moments turned into a 45 minute delay.

Didn’t have the size for the ring I originally wanted.

The item I wanted was not in stock

Sales person Sarah was very nice. The return/ person was just okay.

They did not have the ring that I saw in the email #196571 or the bracelet #596585FPC. I wanted to purchased these two items too.

I picked a very crowded season of the year to make a purchase. The store was jammed with customers, although all the sales reps were friendly, it was uncomfortable with such a crowd in a small space.

Employee was not smiling or appealed unhappy when we first arrived. However when we left they were a bit more friendly

I was greeted when I walked in but no one asked me do I need help or what is it that I'm looking for, for at least 5 minutes. Then I had to ask someone that was just standing there and she proceeds to ask the gentleman that greeted me was someone in front of me. I was a bit confused because she was just standing there and the people that were there before me were getting help.
