Everything was great but if I had to give constructive criticism, I would say that the associate that attended to us didn’t seem like she actually cares too much about anything. Almost as if we were an inconvenience

The ring i purchased a few months ago lost a stone. The sales associate was very friendly, but they did not have another ring to replace it. She told me to come back The later date because they will be expecting to receive more stock. I also brought three bangle bracelets to show that the inside was cloudy and worn looking. I’ve only worn them a few times. The sales assistant offered to clean them, but it would take a half hour. I couldn’t wait so I pick them up the next day. They still did not look shiny. A different sales assistant told me it was probably creams on my skin. I don’t think sterling silver be permanently dulled. Not happy

I wish they had more Disney charms available. Also i did not find out about the actual Disney bracelet until after my visit but otherwise everything was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Charms I was planning to buy unavailable. That was a third time I went to the store to buy tropical starfish & sea shell dangle charm , unsuccessful. I was told they are sold out for a third time. When I asked when they are going to have it, nobody was able to answer that question. Very disappointed.

pandora me satisfactio en todo, pero par darle el muy satisfecho tendría q esperar a ver si la prenda resulta de buena calidad y no se me deteriora rápido.tambien me di cuenta que no todas las prendas las venden con una cajita de joyero para guardar, mi pulsera por ejemplo venia es un sobrestimo de plástico, creo q eso es una detalle muy importante porque muchas veces compramos prendas para regalar y es mas bonito si esta esa bin cuidada y resguardada es su cajita.

I had a $10 off $100 survey along with a birthday 10% coupon. It took the salesperson 15-20 minutes to figure out how to use both. The manager was on lunch break. I was not happy.

Associate would not clean our brackets, wanted me to buy a 30.00 kit to clean it yourself. Also put the charms on very wrong. Every time I have gone to another pandora store they always ask if I want it cleaned. I guess it was too much trouble for her.

The sales associate who helped my boyfriend and I seemed to be rushing us. My boyfriend wanted to look at charms for the bracelet he got me and she kept asking exactly what he wanted to get, but he didn’t know off the top of his head. She was very pushy and tried rushing us.

I had a piece custom engraved. After leaving in a rush to catch our flight home. I noticed what I had engraved is not centered and a letter is cut off.
