I bought several charms in order to get the free bracelet special. I got home and removed some charms from my old bracelet to put on my new bracelet - then could not get he bracelet clasp closed. I live 104 miles from the Sarasota store so I went to the one in Naples, FL (my neighborhood) they refused to help me. So I contacted the Sarasota store where the purchase was made and was given the number for customer service to see if they could help me. I am very disappointed that the customer service at both of these stores failed to correct the situation. That is not good business and I will not be visiting either store every again. I will be calling customer service today - if they re unable to help me, I will give my bracelets and charms away and will not ever purchase another item from Pandora.

First off, we had to stand in line outside of the store for at least 15 minutes before entering the store, then once inside we felt like we were being rushed to hurry up and buy and get out, we were looking for a couple of items but only bought one,, I would appreciate if the salesperson ask if there’s anything else that the customer might be interested in before rushing them out.

Jewelry is lovely, but had to exchange bracelet for larger size. Smaller Fit beautifully, but dissatisfied with the clasp. Have broken 2 nails opening and found it very difficult to close. Am returning gift to see what other clasps are available. Whatever happened to a Normal clasp???

First sales associate was rude and seemed to be aggravated. I asked her a question 3 times and she never answered the question, she slammed the booklet to the counter as if she didn't want to serve me.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience due to the disconnect with the sales associate. The woman who assisted me was very focus on servicing me quickly and efficiently but not kindly or in a personal way. The fewest words were used as necessary, not a fulfilling experience to suggest to a friend to visit.

The clasp broke on my snake chain bracelet (for no apparent reason) I thought it could be repaired or replaced but I had to spend $70.00 that wasn't in my budget in order to continue to display my charms that I love. I think that's terrible because I didn't damages the bracelet. One day it was fine the next day it wouldn't fasten. So disappointed!!!

Your mesh slider bracelet is the worst bracelet you have ever sold, bought 3 for Christmas gifts all three bracelets either broke or snagged clothing and poking skin, and went to let them know and nothing, said they can’t do anything. Still shop there but I will stick with the basics.

I had to go twice to store for a return because it was an online purchase and they wouldn't accept it. Also I applied for a store credit card and asked for purchase receipt to be emailed only and never received it.

It was a mid-day, week day when we visited the store. There were a number of people shopping in the store with only two sales associates. It was difficult to look at merchandise; more people came in after us. Then a sales associate set out a sign up list for the next customer, no pen, not sure if we were to sign because we were next. She then came back about 5 minutes later to have us sign in and then announced to others to sign in. Before that, there really was no acknowledgement that we were even in the store: eye contact, smile, hello, be with you after these customers, etc. I had an idea of what I wanted but not sure so wanted to look at options. My husband was thinking we could have skipped this and just ordered online and had sent to the house. Or, next time, find another retailer. There are enough around to chose from.
