On my return home when trying to put the items on my necklace discovered that it needed to be returned one of the charms it did not close and it was broken and the 2nd 1 would not open fully in order for me to attach it to the bracelet so I had to make a trip back to the store to get them replaced.

It would be usefull the salesperson informes the gold quality of the jewlery i.e 14 carats gold or so.

No guest to USA discount. Many stores offer some sort of coupon. With the exchange rate could have purchased in Canada.

The selection was very limited and I was told they were trying to recover from Christmas.

Received a defective ring (stone missing) from an online purchase and daughter was treated poorly upon exchange so she left. I returned to exchange the ring and store was a mess and sales person not knowledgeable. Told me they could only exchange for same exact item even though it was out of stock. I suggested I return it and purchase a different item and they did after I suggested. She really wanted me to leave and do it online. Maybe store gets penalized for online returns?

I understand it's the holiday season and everyone is busy. There were more associates in the store than customers however. I walked in didn't get greeted. Walked around the large case in the center looking at the charms. One associate was in the middle of this case already helping another customer. She took the time away from her customer to ask me if I needed help which was so nice. She then had another associate come over to help me. She was very helpful. Knowing the specific birthstone color I was looking for and the charms that had it on them. I picked one out in the case that I liked that was in my price range I was looking to spend. We begin checking out and the total comes to a lot more than the tag price. The tag price said $55 but it rang up $75. She did tell a manager about this, but they didn't even offer to honor the price it was marked. The associate did apologize several times however.

The sales associate just seemed unfriendly. I shop at various Pandora locations around the world and have had better experiences there.

Been in twice in two weeks. 1st time I asked for them to look for something for my 40 anniversary so I could come back to purchase, it was not done when I cam back. Asked about why my bracelet went to the inside of my wrist and I was told it was because they all do that...i have 12 charms.
