first I tried to place an order on the phone - they said NO second they would NOT take my Debit card or personal check the store was VERY NOISY PANDORA does NOT make shopping easy at your stores or on the phone

My fiancé ordered the classic elegance ring online for me as he is in Japan with the Marines and we couldn’t go shopping together. The ring lost a stone within a week of receiving it in the mail, and I couldn’t go to a local jewelry store that sells Pandora, I had to drive 50 minutes to the UTC mall in Sarasota to the actual Pandora retailer. There, they didn’t have my size in stock, and didn’t know exactly how to handle the situation. I ended up having to leave my ring as a defect exchange, AND pay for shipping to have it sent to my house. It’s much easier for me to have it sent to the house because of the drive for me to come back to the mall just for the ring, but John already paid $17 shipping for the first ring, and I had to pay an additional $7.25, and leave without my ring. The staff was busy and a bit flustered, but tried to be accommodating and pleasant. Overall, I think it was wrong that I had to pay for shipping AGAIN, especially after paying $16.95 for shipping the first time! :(

I took my daughters earrings to be cleaned I did not check them in the store once I handed them back to mt daughter they were still dirty. I called the store and the associate attempted to explain the cleaning process to me. I was not satisfied I cleaned the earrings myself

The associate was certainly not as friendly as others I have dealt with many times at this location. I received an email about a cleaning kit with each purchase. She seemed to be unaware of the offer and did not check anywhere or with anyone to confirm. I was basically dismissed.

Store was quite busy, but there was no system for waiting or being seen to. I stood for 15 minutes waiting to be attended and someone else would just walk in and get seen to straight away. Need some kind of system to servve people when it is busy or at least acknowledge they are in line.

I was supposed to receive a free bracelet and I did not. When I tried to go back and get it they didn’t give my free bracelet

The associate was rude and didn’t care what I had to say about my return. I walked out and reviewed what I had. The return was not correct . I had to return back into the store to have it corrected again.

Sales associate very aggressive about wanting to show higher dollar items and upselling during purchase. Made us very uncomfortable.
