Pandora Jewelry

I asked the associate to clean my bracelet and she gave me excuses to not do it. Her words “oh your bracelet looks fine to me maybe you can clean it when you get home.” She made us feel rushed and she seemed lazy.

I made a $200 to get the free bracelet promotion. I didn't receive the free bracelet. As a loyal customer I felt like the associate should have offered to order the free bracelet online for me

There was one sales lady who’s name started with an M who ruined the entire experience. She was rushing me to buy to the point where I did not even buy everything I wanted because I felt so rushed. If I hadn’t seen the products online beforehand, I would have not been able to comfortably buy anything.

The sales representative seem like she was rushing my wife and I was not very friendly and my eyes my wife is 50 years old was trying to show my wife things that really was for a kid not cool

When we entered the store to ask for help the associate that approached us was not friendly nor was she helpful in allowing us to look at the charms we were interested in purchasing. We were very disappointed in the service provided by the sales associate. She was rude and not at all accommodating in helping us with our purchase. Another sales person wanted to help us but the other sales person was rude to her as well. I also told her I had forgotten my $10.00 off coupon for my birthday and she said there was nothing she could do to help with that and that she had already given me 30% off. The 30% was for everyone shopping for Black Friday promo...that was not a favor to me as she seem to indicate.

Overall the atmosphere of the store seemed great! The sales associate who assisted my best friend and I was attentive and treated us right away when we entered the store, she just did not seem very thrilled to be doing her job. My friend and I went specifically to get matching pinky rings and it was supposed to be a fun little trip, but the associate’s overall attitude just kind of killed the vibe. I was wanting to look and buy quite a bit that day, probably a bracelet, a couple more rings and a necklace even, but I just felt awkward and like it was a hassle for me to be browsing and not knowing exactly what I’m wanting then and there. I’m not sure if the girl was just new so she was nervous, me and my friend really just wanted a fun experience while we did a cute lil bestie thing and that was not the case. Stock was VERY limited on ring options as well. Sad and disappointed, I won’t be shopping at this location again because the other store closer to me is much nicer.

We spend alot of with pandora.The sales associate didn't seem for interested in helping us..We had to ask multiple times for her to let us see the charms. We still spent over $300 and would have spent more had she not made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Paid for one color and got another Store leader make hard the retur/exchange and didn’t show good will with my wife new selection

Because the store was having the special sale over the course of three days the supply was low. I was told that they were out of many of the products because of the special sale. Perhaps they should have suggested that I can order the products that I wanted. I wasn't given any box and felt that I needed to place the charms on my bracelets. I also don't believe that I could possibly return either of the charms because I don't have a box. I felt that I was being rushed in the entire purchase. Since I couldn't make up my mind the manager of the store did suggest a necklace, I told her I have enough necklaces. Her comment back was rather sarcastic and told me the they are a jewelry store! Look, I have five pandora bracelets with multiple charms of all types; I didn't need to be told that they are a jewelry store.
