Ask about bead, sales associate told me didn't have it without looking. When she went to look for a different bead...the bead I 1st asked about was there! Do your job and not assume it's out of stock because it wasn't there last you worked.

I waited for 10 to 15 mins until I had to walk up to a sale associate to help me in the store and they were no busy at all. Never got greeted upon walking in.

When we approached the store, there was a sign that stated that no more than 2 people per party were allowed in the store. Inside, there was a family of about 10 with kids from 7-16 running around the store with masks not covering their nose. No employee did anything to stop the behavior or even try to enforce the policies. When we were finally assisted with what we were looking for, the employee was short tempered and not very friendly. Good quality jewelry, just not a an overall pleasant experience this particular visit.

The sales associate was kept pushing us to purchase more products. My fiancé is on a tight budget due to covid. I did not appreciate having her asking us three times if we wanted additional jewelry. It was very frustrating.

I was rushed, she would not show me all the trays even though there was no one waiting behind me. After I settled on something then I saw something else I liked on another tray and she acted like "well that's someone else's tray and she couldn't show it to me" it was awkward and I found to be terrible customer service, all the merch should be available to all associates working and I shouldn't have to beg to see merch. I didn't care for her attitude at all about it. She could tell I buy a lot of Pandora I had on 3 bracelets full of it at the time of the visit.....

I understand the limit 2 per group but I had to fight for my husband, myself and my niece to go in together, my niece being a teenager. We were buying for her birthday and well as myself for our anniversary. We needed up spending over $500 but almost left due to the fact they told us we all 3 couldn’t come in. After I said several times she’s a child and with us, the one lady said okay that’s fine.

On the book you have different sort of charms but on the shop it’s almost the same sort. No color only silver, gold. I prefer your collection from three years ago more diversified. Now everything looks the same.

As soon as we walked into the store we were "attacked" by the only male sales person there (didn't catch his name...short with glasses)...really pushy!! When we told him we would let him know if we needed help he wouldn't leave us alone. If it had not been for the fact we specifically drove to UTC to go to Pandora we would have walked out. I had phoned earlier and talked to "Veronica"...I approached her as she was working on the computer....she acknowledged us and then turned her back on us and then went in the back room. We eventually had Nickolett get our merchandise and we left...not impressed at all.
