The sales person was not friendly at all. She did not seem interested in helping me. The store was very crowded.

I was trying to purchase a birthday present for my daughter. On Saturday, 1/5/2019, the store was crowded with people looking for sales merchandise, the display cases were empty, piles of merchandise on top of the counters and it was not the pleasant sales experience I expected at Pandora. I like your merchandise, but I doubt if I will ever return to your store. Sad. Karen Groesbeck.

We gave the assoc. a gift receipt and she told us the value of our return after waiting an hour for assis. After being told there was very little choices in merchandise and no backstock (we saw other assoc. looking through backstock however) we picked out exchange. one was on sale but she said we couldn't get it on sale. She then came back and said she couldn't give us original value that she told us bc they were bought on sale. We presented gift receipt, were told one price, then another, then told we were lucky manager let us do exchange at all bc store was so buy. I ended up spending $40 instead of an even exchange which is what we were expecting. Sales person was nice, but frazzled and told us how everyone had gone home sick, no manager would talk to me. I work retail and understand the value of customer service. I wasn't asking for anything free, just the price we were told. she gave us bad information several times and we had to just deal with it. My 17 year old daughter was embarrassed and just wanted to leave so I paid the $40 but it was not handled well by the store.

The people that assisted us were very good, however, the store was so crowded that we barely able to get in., before we could do anything a woman wrote our names on a list and said it would be 10 minutes or more for us to be served. The store was so croweded we couldn’t even look around. There was hardly much of a selection. We had to describe what we wanted and then the woman would pull out what she thought we might like. People like to look at a lot of charms and then decide. However, we were able to eventually make a selection. We spent over $150. It took us over a half an hour to pay for our selections and the check out process was chaos! Them we had to wait again for someone to put our products together and them wrap it. I love our purchase, however, DID NOT APPRECIATE THE PROCESS!!! TOTAL CHAOS!! The store is too small. It appeared they prepared for the holidays but it didn’t work because the store was WAY TOO SMALL!!!

The sales associate asked questions that used too personal in his attempt at friendly service. In addition, with each product I inquired about, he never offered to take the piece out for me to see closer. One item imparticular had very fine detail that required a close look to fully understand what it was, and even then he simply turned the charm over in the case and closed the case shut. This is not how I am accustomed to being served at this location.

My husband suprised me with the purchase of the newest line of reflections bracelet for our 20th anniversary with 3 clip charms. 2 days later 1 had fallen off. I went in to say I was a long time repeat customer and I think either the piece was faulty or maybe since the collection is so new it might be something to note. I was put off by the staff and told there was nothing they could do nor they hadnt heard anything like this at all. I said of course because its a very new line. I wasnt treated nicely at all. And I was so excited about my Anniversary gift.

Veronika, the store manager stated they do not offer military discounts. I will no longer support a store that does not support our men and women of the US armed forces. My husband and I have served 20 years and this is a slap in the face.

Associate was only interested in rushing through a sale unlike others that I’ve encountered. She had no affect, & couldn’t wait to get done with the sale. Considering I spent $150 on this visit, she could have at least pretended to show interest.
