Purchased gift for my daughter and was told she would be able to come the next day to make sure it fits. When she gets there they tell her she has to pay to have it adjusted.

I was at the store on a Saturday morning and it was crowded. I was greeted upon entering. One sales person was finishing a sale with a customer who was on her phone, she stepped aside to assist me. I had a bracelet that I thought the claps was broken, she showed me it wasn't, she was keeping her eye on the other customer who was now off the phone and excused herself to go to her. In the meantime another sales asso. came over to ask to help me. I said I just need a box for this and then she said "would you like me to clean that for you" YES please. She said to come back in 15 mins. When I came back they were still busy but the first sales assoc saw me as she was finishing a sale and went to get the cleaned bracelet, which turned it a different color, beautiful. I was giving this to my granddaughter for her 13 birthday, and I asked if she could get it resized if to big and she explained how they sell the bands in lengths, so no (this was a regift bracelet). I then decided to buy a smaller band. I went for the $5 gift wrap. Excellent customer service and both sales assoc were young the, but so polite, smiling and helpful - IMPRESSED! This is a 13th bday gift :)

Oder was completely not together. Had to purchase two items outside of my original order. I originally had a Black Friday order with the 30% sale. Entire order was lost. Finally got a hold of someone and received and 25% order to only not have all my orders once I went to pick them up. Completely not satisfied.

line very long only, they were only allowing 3 groups of people in the store at a time, s they sales associate i got handed me a catalog in line and when i got to the end was like what do you want. i had to keep asking him to see the charms he only wanted me to look at them on his tablet. this process did not make me our anyone else going to the store feel like a valued customer and i will be looking for something else for my loved ones for the next holiday

Did not respect the promotion of the bangle bracelet as advertised. Sales person said there is no promotion going on when I asked and the is a promotion

My purchase was $145,I didn’t know until after I returned home from shopping that pandora had spend $150 and receive a free bracelet, if the sales person would have advised this to me I would have purchased more to receive the free bracelet and given it as a gift to one of my grandkids.

Store Name:UTC Mall Sales Person -Jaelynn She told me I can't get a free bracelet If I add the care kit to my purchase (I was buying a necklace for $125), so i have to buy something else. But online I was able to do it. So i don't know if she doesn't know the deal or what. But I felt like she just wanted me to spend more. When I came on the next day to return my in-store order and pick up the one i placed online they were unhappy and they didn't apologize for providing me a wrong info.

Sales associates are BEYOND rude! Absolutely disappointed with this purchase and I’m doubtful I’ll ever wear what I bought. Would appreciate someone from corporate to contact me directly, so I may coordinate a return and refund. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of just how terrible this store is!!
