The manager closed the store prior to the closing time. When my husband threatened to call corporate, she changed the reason and stated that she was not letting us in due to capacity. I believe in the CDC requirements and am fully vaccinated. I have pictures. The sales associate helped us at the door because I refused to leave without getting my mom a gift.

The manager of the store was in the doorway of the store and would not let customers in because they were closing in 8 minutes. We were only allowed to make a purchase while standing outside of the store because my husband threatened to call the corporate office. The manager then changed her statement to, “the store is at the maximum allowed”. That was not true. Customers left out during our conversation. I have pictures and receipts documenting the horrible experience. I will never visit the store again and will tell everyone I know about the experience so they won’t go through what we went through.

Its too long to explain. My daughter returned 2 same rings wrong size one was on sale 1 was not. The girl exchanged the one 1 that was not and gave a credit for the one on sale. And was rude

I wanted to give my wife one little thing she had no idea she was getting. I wanted to add to her charm bracelet, so I headed to Pandora. I was asked for an email for an account, which I gave my wife’s email. I asked the girl you’re not going to send an email to her are you? This is a Christmas present & surprise. The associate said no this is just to make a record of the purchase. However you did send an email because my wife texted me wanting to know what I bought at Pandora. The one surprise I had for her & no more. Can not tell you how mad I am, thinking seriously of returning it tomorrow. She was not happy either. I promise you this I will, not shop there again. Thanks for taking the one little surprise & joy I wanted to give my wife on Christmas morning. You need to train you associate better.

Unfortunately, I has the worst experience with the manager name Vivian. I understand that due to COVID 19 things are a bit different; however, I strongly believe customer services should remain the same. After waiting in line for over on hours I get to the store and they tell me I can't return the merchandise since they don't carry that specific product. There was a male "directing" the lane who did not had a name tag or anything. He was pretty much useless in not being able to help but on top flirting with the girls. After being told that were unable to help me the "manager" (Vivian) who she had no customer services at all, tells me to return on Tuesday and maybe they can help me. She did not had a single positive word to say. She was rude, careless, and ignorant.
