Salesperson Veronika was not too sure on what to show me as a customer. When I came to the store, I asked to be helped with an exchange. I was given a ring as a present and it did not fit me. So I asked the Veronika to help me. I asked her if Pandora had my size and they didn’t. After that she didn’t ask me if I wanted a different ring or an exchange. She just left at that, until she finally came out with returning the ring and reordering it for me. She did not explain the process at all. I ask her when was the ring going to come in and she said “ it does not take long, it won’t take more than two months”. I can not even track my order!?! This lady had no idea what she was doing. It’s very upseting.

I have a problem with my Pandora bracelet, the locks on my bracelet are moving. not the lock, but the latches in the middle of the bracelet. So I went to Pandora and they told me they could not do anything for that reason. I needed to pray a gift I went there and I saw that I had a promotion if I bought 100 dollars and I would get a free bracelet. but the promotion was not happening, and I was upset, I have a problem with no solution, I bought 100 dollars and I did not get my bracelet. if you want I send my note to see that I bought 100 dollars.

Marian was my “salesperson” during this transaction. She had absolutely no knowledge about Pandora. She didn’t know anything about the return/exchange policy and took about 10 minutes to find the item I was looking for, with the help of other sales associates of course. Then, she proceeded to act very rudely towards me at the register. She refused to apply a coupon I had towards my purchase and then continued to have an attitude with me for the rest of the transaction. I spend a lot of money at Pandora and the service with Marian was terrible, resulting in the loss of my business from now on. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Definitely will not recommend to anyone!!

Compre un click de regalo para mi hermana que vive En NUEVA YORk . El regalo fue prepardo En LA tienda de Sarasota Florida.. 140 unit tow center Dr 169 Sarasota FL 34243 941 8933948 y El regalo estava bassi gaste $186.00 y Lo que me vendieron Fueron Cajas bassisias.. Me parece bergonsos que la tienda PANDORA se preste... Para estas estafas...

The vendor Christina was extremely rude and she didn’t know the products that had discounts. The golden clip I bought doesn’t actually clip, because the pressure isn’t good. The last product I bought the rock became dull.

I ordered a product on Dec 16 and expected it to arrive in time for Christmas, which is what was advertised to customers that if orders were made before Dec 19. This obviously did not happen. I tried to call several times, but only got a robot answering service that hung up on me.

The fact that you guys offer free items and they sell out within the hour of store opening is quite ridiculous. This is the second time that i try and get free merchandise and you guys have failed to provide. I purchased online for the first time to get the free bangle and did not het thatz then i called customer service and they gave me the runaround.
