I went in your store not sure of what I was buying. Your associate Halle showed me options and the third one was perfect. She was very friendly and I ended up buying 2.

Halle was so nice and helpful. My husband typically purchases my charms so I did not know cleaning was available. Halle offered to clean and rebalance my bracelet. She also recommended pieces to go with my theme and a chain to protect my nearly full bracelet.

Associate was friendly, knowledgeable and offered to assist me

Sales associate took her time showing me all of the jewelry around the store. She also offered me advice on which ones looked better. The customer service was great she included me in all the sales and also signed me up for a bunch of things that I can get into with Pandora which I appreciate that. Excited to buy something for my birthday next month as well now that I have a credit card from Pandora excited.

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, personable and kind. Wonderful experience.

I called ahead looking for a specific stackable ring I had lost and salesperson on the phone, I don't have here name?was very helpful. She checked for ring and size. When I arrived Halle helped with purchasing the ring. I asked to try on other sizes of the ring. Also asked Halle price on various stackable rings and she looked those up for me to purchase in the future. Very helpful!
