I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the staff is very helpful with helping my find what I want and are very patient.

The service was great! Even though the store was busy, an sale associate greeted us as we walked and I was picking out a bracelet and charms within 5 minutes. Halle is always polite and very knowledgeable of Pandora merchandise.

Salesperson Kristin, was amazing! The store was overcrowded and hot. My sister and I were intentionally in store because of her birthday. However, we were about to walk out because we stood in store without greeting for roughly 10 mins. Right when we were about to leave, Salesperson Kristin asked if we were assisted. What saved the visit, was her warm welcome and personal sentiments/value regarding family. She tied the visit with a bow because I was visiting from VA and our parents are in SC. We had to video our parents and even though the store was chaotic, Salesperson Kristin made my sister's surprise personalized and exceptional. Thank you Kristin, you saved the visit!
