Staff was friendly. Staff greets you right away. I took my granddaughters to purchase something for each, it was almost closing time, they did not make us feel like we had to hurry and make our purchase. Very courteous.

From the minute my daughters and I walked in we felt welcomed. This was my first time stepping foot in a Pandora store. The associate had EXCELLENT customer service skills and helped me out with picking a piece for my daughter. I will definitely be coming back.

The sales associate, Kristin, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the jewelry. It was apparent she enjoyed her job and that came through when assisting me. The store was busy, but I didn’t feel rushed or like a number the way some stores make you feel.
