when i arrived the sales associate met me with a smile. i asked her for help with a ring i was interested in. she helped me find the ring and my size very quickly. then i asked her about a necklace that was on display. she showed it to me and helped me out it on . That was a final sale. i’m very happy with my purchases.

Daniela was very nice -I was pleased to find just the right charm as I wear my Pandora necklace all the time ,it was the last anniversary gift my husband bought me who passed away months later.

I was impressed with the salesperson knowledge. I have a old pandora bracelet and she knew exactly what series it was and that it has been discontinued. I however was disappointed that you no longer make safety chains for it which is what I came in to purchase. However I did purchase another bracelet.

I went wit a friend on Saturday and Nayeli greeted us immediately, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked her about a damaged ring that I have and she also took care of me the next day when I came back with my damaged ring. All the ladies that were there were very friendly. My husband will be back next month for my Mother's day gifts. Highly recommended.

I was wanting the collection piece for Sarasota, FL The store in our mall is always busy! I lucked out Saturday morning and got the flamingo bead! So happy with it and will add it to all my others! Staff so helpful at UTC!!!
