I've been a fan of Pandora for many years ~ the quality, unique designs, always something new. While deciding on the items to purchase someone cleaned/shined my three charm bracelets that I was wearing! I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased.

I didn’t expect to do any Christmas shopping but had just a few mins for just a little, I’m so glad you stayed open. I was asked if I needed help and I knew I wanted charms. Halle recognized me from my initial visit and thanked me for my return visit! She knew what I was searching for and read between my words to find two adorable charms that I know my daughter will love. Thanks Halle, for helping me feel welcome and comfortable. Also, gave me an option to make an appointment next visit so she and I can shop again.

It was a great experience. The staff was polite and friendly. They were not pushy at all. I was able to get a necklace clean and to find a new pendant for it. I was also told how to properly care for my necklace between cleanings.

The clerk was very knowledgeable she help me pick out all the bracelets that I wanted and she showed me all the charms with a really great experience

I visited the store with my husband to give him some ideas Christmas. The sales associate took her time and physically pulled each items and wrote down the item number for my husband…it made him so happy that while we were there just to put a Christmas list together, he purchased a charm for me that day!
