Excellent service and personable. Love the ability to now engrave and defiantly took advantage of it. My place to go for Christmas shopping.

I was highly satisfied by the sales associates courtesy. By another associates assistance in locating something and the ease of checking out with the items I wanted.

There were numerous sales associates extremely willing to help and greeted me upon entering the store. I dropped off jewelry to be cleaned which was seamless. As I was waiting for the cleaning process to complete, I had a couple of sales associates show me different items of interest to me which I ended up buying one. My associate, Halle, then completed my order after checking on my jewelry to be cleaned and also gave me information for future items I am interested in but was not ready to purchase at that time.

You have what I want it was an OK price but everyone was nice
