We were assisted by Veronika the assistant manager,who was very helpful and let us know about the exclusive charms for Sarasota as well as other charms we were interested in. She has a wonderful sense of humor and a charming personality. And she went above and beyond by cleaning my bracelet and setting the charms up. She was an overall fantastic representing for your company.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I mention that my bracelet was dull and they offered to clean it. They offered several options for my purchase of a gift. I always have a good experience at that particular Pandora store.

Gia was fantastic, she showed us what we asked for and then more, gave suggestions and new the merchandise!! she even helped me use my Klarna, she was impressive and so helpful for my daughter!!

The moment I walked in the store, an associate offered to help me. She answered all my questions and helped me with my first Pandora bracelet!

The staff was very friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable about all of the Pandora merchandise. The store was very well laid out with great displays. The staff was also very quick at acknowledging us and assisting with displaying the merchandise while going over the information with us and helping us make our selections.

The customer service was awesome. Christina(if not mistaken) was very helpful and was able to help me with what I was looking for. As friendly as she was, I spent more then I expected.LOL

I was highly satisfied because the store was very crowded and the sales associates were extremely busy but they were very friendly and their best to wait on everybody in a timely manner.
