Easy to shop professional associates very clean store

This store is usually very busy and hard to get waited on. But today was perfect. Janeshia greeted me right away and knew exactly the collection I was interested in. TRansaction was quick and easy.!

Excellent Friendly Customer Service, the store was nice and clean. No problem getting in and around inside the store.

First time in the store. I knew what I wanted. Mary was awesome. I was at the UTC Mall in Sarasota FL.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Available selection could have been better. Also, staff should have the ability to take items from display/promotional pieces, it’s a bit frustrating to see something you want and be told there are none available.

I went in to Pandora to fix one of my pantos charms that were gifted to me over Christmas. It turns out the charm was front Pandora so I bought the real pantos charm while I was there and cleaned my bracelet
