Halle W., our sales associate was very pleasant, greeted us immediately upon entering the store. She was quite friendly and knowledgeable on the bracelets and charms. She was able to help us decide on the size and style of bracelet for our daughter-in-laws gift. She asked lots of questions about her to ensure we were making the right choices. Great experience! Will be back and ask for her directly.

The sales associate greeted me immediately upon entering the store..She showed me several choices of charms I was looking for..I chose 2 and she wrapped them up nicely for me...I was in a bit of a hurry..so I was very pleased it did not take long to get exactly what I wanted!
