During today’s visit, Whitney who is an associate at the UTC mall location in sarasota took very good care of me when i was exchanging and item and also looking for a christmas gift for my mom. I didn’t know what the item was called but Whitney definitely did! Unfortunately, they were out of stock which is understandable due to the holidays. Overall, i will be back to purchase those earrings!

Didn't have to wait too long in line and was given a book to review while waiting. The sales person was knowledgable and helpful. Overall, a good experience. I will be back!

The access into the store went smoothly due to there being no line. There were two associates that were willing to help my sister and I find exactly what we were looking for. Also, the availability of the bracelets were amazing which made it extremely Lessing and easy to find.

When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was able to purchase the exact item I came in for. They had the exact size I needed as well.

Come to the Pandora often & 85% of the time they have what I am look for. Some zodiac sign charms would be great , or even godmother charms

Organized covid waiting for sales associate went smoothly. Associate pleasant and helpful with choosing items for purchase. Inventory, though not all available, offered enough choices to make a purchase , with gift wrapping an appreciated option.
