It was a crazy busy Black Friday and the store was packed but the sales people handled it very well

You were not able to enter until less people were inside. When you were able to go in, you were assigned to a staff member. I asked the staff member for a specific charm, and she went to locate it with no problem. She was quick with the whole process. I was in and out!

Due to circumstances staff was very helpful and worked through it. Tough times 2020
