I was really impressed by the sales associate, Lauren. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and genuine. She didn't rush me or pressure me which made me feel welcome and comfortable. Clarissa was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions about the promotion going on at the time. When I showed her exactly what I wanted she quickly took it out organized all the charms to make my bracelet look very cute.
