I went looking for a particular charm, a squirrel for my daughters birthday. The sales associate brought out just what I wanted. I also bought a safety chain for my bracelet based on her recommendatios. I'll be back to pick out more charms.

Janeshia was amazing. She found everything I wanted and was super professional.

In spite of Covid-19 I felt very safe, the attendant made all charms visible to me in a safe way. She was knowledgeable about the Harry Potter charms and supported me as I made my choices. I was so excited !!!
