I have had Lauren wait on me the last 3 times in the store. The first time she told me about a cute charm. The second time I bought it. Yesterday she helped me again with my bracelet. It’s almost full and the charms were rolling around on it until Lauren suggested some clips. The other times I brought it in for someone to look at it. It was difficult to close. She is so friendly and so helpful. She also explained that the charms rolling around causing the metal inside the charm to wear.

Easy location at UTC. Beautiful shoppe and clean due to Covid19 apparatus. Had just what I wanted. Have purchased many items for my wife she is on her second bracelet....
