The sales associate Jameshia was very knowledgeable. Jameshia was friendly, pleasant and she made my shopping experience enjoyable. I had gotten a mom charm with silver and tose gold i wasn't sure if i wanted to get a silver or rose gold bracelet so Jameshia show me different ways i could wear it which made my decision easier.

Right when I walked in, the staff was there to greet me right away and help me with anything I had needed. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in there, and it was really nice because the staff helped me put the necklace on and told me different ways to style the product. Another thing I really enjoyed was the fact that they offered matching products with the necklace but did not force it when I said no.

I had a ring I’ve had forever it was broke. They no longer carried my ring and the associate helping us was very helpful on making suggestions similar to the style I had. Very friendly made me feel at ease and helped picked out a ring of my liking.

From the second I walked in I was greeted by the associate and she was so nice from the start! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me what she was wearing and I showed her a few pictures of rings I liked I tried them on and she was patient the whole time! I ended up getting the same ring she wears! I’m going back to get the earrings she recommended!
