1. The sales associate was very helpful. 2. The charms that I was interested in purchasing were in the very first showcase that I looked. 3. Even though it was very close to the store closing time she took her time with me and assisted me very professionally.

The Harry Potter collection I was trying to work on since Christmas 2019 was available. Was tempted to order online since the Covid-19 pandemic happened. But once the the governor of Florida open stores to 50% capacity, I was happy to support my local businesses wearing my mask like everyone else.

Associate listened to my request and with short 9f time before closing, she was able to get together most of the charms.

I was able to find what I wanted in the store. The associate helped me locate what I came in for. The store was clean and well maintained.

Every time I visit the store the Sales Associates are amazing!!! Anytime I call ahead the Sales Associates are amazing! I always tell my husband “They are like Disney trained”!! But I’ve now decided that when I receive amazing service in the future my new way to describe will be “They are Pandora trained”! ❤️

Overall experience was great u see the circumstances of everything going on. But the staff was super nice & helpful! Still very attentive & nice.
