Veronika has helped me multiple times with purchases, so I asked for her when planning my mother's bracelet for her 90th birthday. All of our family members are purchasing charms for her bracelet and Veronika was FABULOUS with helping us pick individual specific charms. We took quite a while, there are 14 of us making purchases not at the same time.. and she has coordinated everything for us. She is soooo patient and helpful. MAJOR KUDOS.... just love working with her.
