I was very pleasantly surprised with my Pandora experience last Sunday! The Assistant Manager, Veronika Schuette waited on me and was wonderful. She helped me choose a beautiful rose gold bracelet and one charm for my daughter's 27th birthday. My intention is to add charms accordingly with the upcoming events in her life and Veronika nailed it! Together, we found charm possibilities and she wrote them all down (with names and item numbers) for me, to make future purchases easier. The finishing touch was the gift wrapping. I will be back very soon!

Vivian G. was quite knowledgeable about Pandora’s bracelets and it’s accessories! Vivian shared with us the right way to organize my Pandora bracelet! Vivian told us that we needed to add clips to my bracelet. We did! She even gave us recommendations as to what we needed to add next!
