The Store Manager, Vivian, was extremely helpful in directing me to the perfect charm for my Daughters Birthday. She explained the benefits of joining your club and was very informative about the Pandora experience. I enjoyed my visit and I love my purchase.

The associate was very friendly and answered all my questions. She even explained why certain accessories were necessary. I was able to get what I wanted and more. Store was clean and staff was welcoming.

It was very convenient to shop in the mall. The salesperson was very pleasant friendly and patient with me. She also suggested other merchandise that I may like.

This was my second encounter with this sales person. She is very knowledgeable of he merchandise, personable and represents the store well. As soon as I entered the store every sales associate smiled and greeted me. The first question I asked was what size of ring do you go up to and they told me 9 in all and in some styles the go a bit up in size. Which tells me they have good Knowledge of the merchandise. Was very please they lady showed me everything I wanted to see and explained everything I was super pleased.

The sales associate knew her product well. She knew items to show us to blend colors with an item I received as a Christmas gift from my husband. Since it was my birthday, we added 2 charms. There was a lot of missing inventory from the holidays that had not been replaced yet, but we managed to locate 2 alternate items that I loved as much.
