I went to the store to exchange a ring size for a ring my hubby bought for me for x-mas. Vivian could not seem to find the size i needed. she kept looking and found one. then i mentioned to her i wanted to buy the one more of the same she was having trouble locating it. but she did not give up looking. herself and the other associates did a great locating the other ring i left very happy with the customer service i received.

I was greeted as on asI entered the store. The merchandise was displayed very nice. Janeshia/ sales associate was very helpful & did not rush me during our decision as to which ring size to buy.

It was all about the product knowledge of the wonderful associate who assisted me. She really helped me find pieces that made me happy.

The salesperson Marcy was very friendly very informative and very helpful and she made my experience Pleasant because I was nervous going in there cuz I've never bought a gift for my girlfriend before but she made it easy and makes me want to come back and specifically asked for her
