My sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She offered and added my new charms to my bracelet without me having to ask. I was helped immediately upon entering the store.

My husband purchased a charm for my bracelet that I actually already had. So we stopped by the local Pandora store to look at possible charms for an exchange. I had already created an online account and saved about three favorites that I liked. The associate was able to show me all three of them in the store. I had halfway expected them to only be available online. I was so excited to see all of them in person and ended up selecting my first choice. It was so easy and I love getting new charms for my bracelet.
