The first sales clerk acknowledged my presence. I did not know that she was working with someone else and she called in another associate, Lauren B. Lauren was personable and showed me what I asked for and also commented on one of the charms on my bracelet. Lauren showed me two of the specific charms I asked for, proceeded to finish the sale, put the charm in a box, and put the box in a small bag, with ribbon attached to the handles in no time flat. Lauren mentioned the survey also.
