sales person worked very hard to help me select what i wanted for this purchase, however she forgot to give me the tool that opens the clasp

The salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find a charm I wanted, and was able to match a necklace with the one I was wearing. He also informed me of a special sale that was taking place. In addition, he was able to answer all my questions. After purchasing the items he gift wrapped them, much to my delight.

the person helping me was so knowledgeable of everything. He also looked at my hand and estimated what size i was and he was correct! he was so efficient with time and so friendly

I had received a charm as a gift and the sales associate assisted me in finding the perfect bracelet. She also suggested that I buy spaces to insure that my bracelet would last longer. They were very attractive as well. A very nice addition to my bracelet!
