He was very patient as I tried on and looked through the ring selection (I'm very indecisive, so this took some time). Then helped me decide on a matching earring set. He was very informative about after purchase care and made me feel like I was making a great purchase. He also had a very kind welcoming attitude and made my Pandora experience extra special. Till this day I am very happy with my purchase. All around great experience.
