Lady named Savanah was very helpful. Item I was looking for was not in stock and she still wanted to make sure. She was very friendly and any questions my mom and I had, she made sure to answer and show us what we were looking for.

The purchase was super easy and hassle free. I asked to view an item I liked and didn't feel pressured to purchase the item. I needed up buying the item and was able to do so right there. I didn't have to go to a register or anything!

The wait time was minimal. The sales associate was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about where the products I was asking about were located.

The item I needed to replace was available and the associate was able to show me other pieces that I purchased for very excellent values. I learned that I should limit the number of charms on my double braided bracelet to seven which I had never heard at other locations.
